- The Dinka Go Go Monkey Blista is a special car available to players who upgrade from the Xbox 360 or PS3 version of Grand Theft Auto 5 to the PS4, Xbox One, or PC version of the game. To acquire it, players must find and photograph all 50 Monkey Mosaics scattered around the map, purchase all three garages for Michael, Franklin, and Trevor, and successfully complete a random event. Once unlocked, the car can be spawned by dialing "1-999-282-2537" (BUBBLES) on the in-game cell phone.
- The Dodo seaplane is a unique vehicle that can be obtained by returning players who upgrade from the Xbox 360 or PS3 version of Grand Theft Auto 5 to the PS4, Xbox One, or PC version of the game. It appears as a random event after completing the "Nervous Ron" mission with Trevor, it can be found at a specific location, and can be spawned by dialing "1-999-398-4628" (EXTINCT) on the in-game cell phone.
- The Imponte Duke O'Death is a rare, armored two-door muscle car that can be obtained by returning players who upgrade from the Xbox 360 or PS3 version of Grand Theft Auto 5 to the PS4, Xbox One, or PC version of the game. It appears as a random event after completing the first Tonya Strangers & Freaks mission (Pulling Favours), and can be found at a specific location. Once unlocked, the car can be spawned by dialing "1-999-3328-4227" (DEATHCAR) on the in-game cell phone.
- To play as Bigfoot, players must have completed the game, set the system date to any Tuesday, set the system time to between 5:30 a.m. and 8 a.m., and the weather must be snowy (foggy on PC). The player must also have spared Bigfoot during "The Last One" mission and have found all 27 other peyote plants. Once these conditions are met, players can go to the following location (-1472.531, 4439.456, 18.862 coordinates) to find the hidden golden peyote plant. Note: Playing as Bigfoot is exclusive to the PC, PS4, and Xbox One versions of GTA 5.
- To play as a chicken, dog, seagull, or other animals, players must find one of the 27 hidden fat green peyote plants and eat it to hallucinate and transform into one of 27 unique animals, each with its own unique actions. One of the peyote plants can be found near the lower gondola station on Mount Chiliad. Playing as animals is exclusive to the PC, PS4, and Xbox One versions of GTA 5.
- Collecting all seven golden peyote plants will unlock the Wild Animal actor in Director mode. This requires a 100% game completion, completion of "The Last One" Strangers & Freaks mission, and collection of all 27 peyote plants.
